All of our regulators like the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220 are going to come from the factory preset at 11" water column for pressure. This particular regulator like most is adjustable so you will be able to get to the 14" water column you need.

I reached out to one of main suppliers, MB Sturgis and they only offer a regulator with the changeover like the Item # 888001-MBS. You can check to determine if this regulator rated for 500,000BTU's with 11" water column pressure will be enough to replace your current regulator. Otherwise you would need to use a device like the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting w/ Hose # 103538-MBS to connect both tanks in line and be able to manually switch on and off each tank. view full answer...
It sounds like you are referring to the High Pressure RV LP Gas Regulator # 37207-30325 which is located on the one side of your trailer. This is done to prevent liquid propane from getting into the black steel pipe as the other Regulator # 37207-30395 will be on the other side of your trailer which lowers it to the correct pressure needed for your appliances. This is not something we have available in a kitted package. If you have a pressure regulated propane source available from your RV, then you probably will not want to run the LP through a second regulator on your grill, this will most likely cause your end use pressure to be too low. The only high pressure regulator we currently carry is the MB Sturgis Single Stage Propane Regulator # 108072 with has 30 psig and will deliver that pressure in temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Technically you can use any T-fitting, including one like the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for POL Valve # 103537-MBS before or after your propane regulator. The correct placement and T-fitting is going to depend on what you are trying to hook up.

The best way to keep your inlets and valves from freezing on your RV is to make sure they are properly insulated. You can likely use some foam pool noodles or some sort of pipe wrap on the inside of the RV over the water inlet in order to help with insulation.
